Use | (For reference only) Azure II is used in combination with methylene blue and basic fuchsin for staining of semi-thin sections. The complex is used to stain the nucleus, goblet cells, striated muscle, endothelial cells, smooth muscle, cytoplasm, lipid droplets, red blood cells, glycogen, collagen, cartilage, mucous particles, elastin and white blood cells. |
